By accessing or using the Zapity website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must have authority to represent any business you enroll. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it current.
Zapity provides managed technology and services to help local businesses generate, track, and convert leads. Services may include websites, call tracking, messaging workflows, review generation, reporting, and related support. Specific features depend on the customer’s plan and configuration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Zapity the license necessary to host, display, and use that content to provide the service. You warrant that you have the right to provide all content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Zapity may build, host, or manage websites and domains on your behalf. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your business information and for complying with any domain registrar or hosting provider requirements.
Communications features may depend on third-party providers, number availability, carrier approval, regulatory approval, internet connectivity, and customer compliance. Zapity is not a telecommunications carrier. Availability, pricing, included usage, calling regions, messaging capabilities, number eligibility, and regulatory requirements vary by configuration and provider.
Plans start at $69 per month unless otherwise agreed. Fees are charged according to the selected plan. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Zapity offers a Risk-Free Every Month promise. There is no long-term lock-in. You may cancel anytime. If you do not see value, your last month may be refunded subject to the terms of the offer at the time of cancellation.
You may not use Zapity for spam, unlawful robocalling, caller-ID spoofing, phishing, harassment, purchased contact lists, or messaging without appropriate consent. You may not use the service for any illegal, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable messaging, calling, consent, opt-out, and privacy laws. You must obtain appropriate consent before sending messages and must honor opt-out requests promptly. See our Messaging and Acceptable Use Policy.
Call recording is available only where enabled and legally permitted. You are responsible for determining whether recording is permitted, providing required notices, and obtaining required consent.
Zapity retains ownership of its software, designs, templates, and brand materials. You receive a limited license to use the service during the term of your subscription.
The service may include links or integrations with third-party services. Zapity is not responsible for third-party terms, practices, or availability.
Zapity does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.
Zapity may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, violation of these terms, abuse, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.
Upon request and subject to technical feasibility, Zapity may assist with exporting customer data. Some data may be retained as required for legal, security, or business purposes.
Number portability depends on the underlying provider, account status, eligibility, and completion of required documentation. Zapity does not guarantee that any number can be ported.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zapity’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zapity harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
